Broiled Honey-Mustard Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon water
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    4 (1/4 lb) boneless skinless chicken breast half
    4 sandwich buns
    1 cup shredded lettuce
    8 tomatoes, slices thin
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients.
    Broil chicken 4 in.
    from the heat for 3 min.
    each side.
    Brush with sauce.
    Broil 4-6 min.
    longer or until juices run clear, basting and turning several times.
    Serve on buns with tomato and lettuce.
