Marinated Fresh Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart mushroom
    Marinade
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup white vinegar
    salt & pepper
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    chives or green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Wash& dry mushrooms.
    Cut large ones into quarters, leaving others whole.
    Place in jar.
    Pour marinade over top and seal.
    Turn jar every so often.
    Best served after 3 or 4 days.
