Molasses Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups oatmeal
2 cups white flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup white sugar
4 egg whites
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 3/4 cups skim milk
1/2 cup molasses
6 ounces chocolate chips (1/2 a small package)
Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients together except the chocolate chips.
Add the wet ingredients and mix just until blended.
Now add the chocolate chips and mix.
Fill muffin tins sprayed with non-stick spray (or use muffin liners) 2/3 of the way full.
Bake at 400\u00b0F for about 20 minutes or until slightly brown and a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
