Carb Killer Zucchini Crust Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large zucchini (grated)
    salt (as needed)
    4 eggs (beaten)
    1/2 cup whole-grain wheat flour or 1/2 cup wheat germ
    1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
    1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 lb ground beef
    1/2 lb ground turkey
    1/4 cup parsley (minced)
    2 teaspoons fennel seeds
    1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
    1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
    2 garlic cloves (minced)
    1/4 cup dry red wine
    1/4 lb mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Preparation
    Place zucchini in a colander. Salt. Let stand 10 minutes.
    Rinse. Drain well.
    Heat oven 400.
    Combine zucchini with the eggs, flour, cheeses, herbs and 1 tablespoons olive oil.
    Press out into a rouns circle on a sprayed pizza pan.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Brush with 1 tablespoons olive oil.
    Bake 15 more minutes. Remove. Set aside.
    In a skillet, brown the beef and turkey.
    Add the parsley, fennel, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic. Saute 2 minutes.
    Add wine. Deglaze until evaporated.
    Let cool.
    Scatter on crust. Top with cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
