Junior League - Corn Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 drained 16 ounce cans shoe peg corn (white)
    1 finely chopped tomatoes
    1/2 finely chopped green bell pepper
    3 -4 tablespoons finely chopped canned jalapeno chiles
    4 -5 finely chopped green onions
    1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise
    generous amount of reduced-sodium lemon pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill, covered, for 1 hour or longer. Serve with tortilla chips. You may also serve as a salad on a bed of lettuce.
