Spiffed Up Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 tablespoons chopped black olives
    1/4 cup finely shredded carrot
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/3 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 - 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
    1/8 teaspoon hot sauce, to taste
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Mix it all together.
    Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
