Creamy Dill Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) carton sour cream
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup white onion, finely chopped
    1 (6 1/2 ounce) can minced clams, drained, reserve juice
    1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
    1 large garlic cloves, finely minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon lemon juice or 1 teaspoon lime juice
    1 tablespoon clam juice
    1 pinch sea salt
    fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and mayo together until well blended with a spoon. Add onion, clams, nectar and lemon juice and mix well again. Add dill, salt, garlic, and pepper to taste and mix again. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving to blend all flavors. Mix again just before serving.
    Serve with chips or crackers.
