Bananas Foster Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/4 teaspoon rum extract
    1 cup water
    1 banana
    1 pinch salt (optional)
    Splenda sugar substitute (optional)
    sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Cook oatmeal with water, salt & rum extract according to package directions.
    Slice banana lengthwise and again in half. You will have four slices. Brown the banana slices using nonstick spray in a nonstick pan.
    Sweeten oatmeal to taste. Top with sauteed bananas.
