Creamy Peanut Butter Whip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ounces neufchatel cheese or 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups Cool Whip Lite
1/2 cup sour cream or 1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter (smooth and unsweetened)
1/2 cup Splenda granular
1 teaspoon vanilla
fresh fruit, to serve (especially good with bananas and berries)
Preparation

With a hand mixer beat together all ingredients except fruit.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Scrape the sides and bottom down a few times.
Great right away but will firm up a little more if refrigerated an hour or more.
Serve with fresh fruit of choice.
