Cucumber Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup greek nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
Slowly drizzle olive oil in while stirring to create consistency you would like. You may need more or less!
Allow ingredients to sit for 6 hours or overnight
Place some of the filling on 2 pieces of bread -- top with fresh cucumbers and enjoy!
