Easy Parmesan Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small fish fillets
    1/2 cup flour
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup dry white wine or 1 cup chicken broth
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
    Coat fish with flour, set aside.
    Melt margarine in large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
    Cook green onions in butter, stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.
    Add fish and cook for 3 minutes, turn fillets and cook an additional 3 minutes.
    Add wine and lemon juice to skillet and season fillets with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle fillets with parmesan cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
