Ingredients
    1 cup water
    2 cups green peas (fresh or frozen)
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    4 large mushrooms, sliced
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add peas and.
