Horseradish Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups horseradish, grated
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 cup olive oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon dry mustard (Coleman's preferred)
    1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together very well.
    Pour into half pint jars.
    Cover and refrigerate.
