Butterflied Curry Turkey Tenderloins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb turkey (boneless, skinless breast is best)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Butterfly turkey tenderloins lengthwise. Gently flatten between two pieces of wax paper.
Combine other ingredients in a Ziploc bag and marinade turkey for 1-2 hours or more, depending on your time-frame, -OR- use the marinade as a glaze for the turkey while you are BBQ'ing them.
Grill on your BBQ, cooking each side for 5-10 minutes.
