Filthy Martini - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 ounces vodka, use a top quality
1 ounce brine, from capers
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
Garnish
1 capers

Preparation

Combine vodka, brine, and vermouth in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Let it sit for about 30 seconds or just until well chilled.
Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with one caper.
