Mandarin Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups cut up cooked chicken breasts
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
Preparation

Combine chicken, onion, salt, lemon and celery and refrigerate for several hours.
At serving time, toss chicken carefully with grapes, oranges, almonds and mayonnaise.
