Hog Heaven Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 lb hot pork sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (10 ounce) can tomato paste
    1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies
    16 ounces stewed tomatoes
    1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans
    2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1/2 tablespoon cumin
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    1 dash pepper
    4 cups water
Preparation
    Brown beef, sausage, onion and garlic.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    (I like to rinse the beans).
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer 3 hours.
    Add more water if needed.
    This is good topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
