Easy Green Bean Tomato & Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup basmati rice
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato juice
    1/4 cup water
    1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon saffron
    1/2 cup diced cooked chicken breast
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small (1-2 QT)saucepan. Place on High heat until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 45 min-1 hour.
