Microwave Spiced Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces basmati rice
    7 ounces cauliflower, cut into small pieces
    5 ounces frozen peas
    2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
    2 tablespoons korma paste
Preparation
    In a large heatproof bowl, combine the rice, cauliflower, peas, broth and curry paste.
    Cover with plastic wrap, pierce a few times and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. Stand for 5 minutes then season to taste.
    Stir and serve.
