Amara Veggie Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups rice (cooked)
    2 tablespoons peanut butter or 1 egg
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup grated carrot
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Put together in patties and fry or bake.
