Vegan Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
    1 medium green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
    3/4 cup boiling water
    8 ounces can tomato sauce
    1/2 tablespoon chili powder (more to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    3/4 cup dry textured vegetable protein (TVP)
Preparation
    Heat the oil and saute the onions and pepper for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over hamburger rolls.
