Pad Ga Pow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground chicken
    1 tablespoon curry powder
    2 tablespoons chopped garlic
    2 tablespoons chopped shallots
    2 chopped jalapeno peppers
    1/4 cup fish sauce
    2 tablespoons palm sugar
    3 tablespoons basil leaves
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    1 teaspoon peppercorn
Preparation
    Grind the garlic, shallots, curry powder and peppercorns into a paste. Put the paste into a medium sized skillet, and stir-fry the paste until thick. Add in the chicken and the remaining ingredients and stir fry until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
    Serve over rice.
