Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    3/4 cup raisins
Preparation
    Mix applesauce, oil, and sugar. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
    In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
    Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in the raisins and nuts.
    Drop spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
