Basil Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium carrots
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon basil, crushed
Preparation

Slice carrots.
Simmer, covered, in salted water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients; toss with carrots.
