The Bee'S Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    10 ounces butter, softened
    2 tablespoons sherry wine
    1 tablespoon horseradish
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients well and pack into a crock. Serve with crackers.
