Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    1 lemon
    1 -2 orange
    2 limes
    1 bunch mint
Preparation
    * Make sure to scrub the outside of all of the fruit.
    Slice all fruit and vegetables up (keep skins on).
    Put them all in one large container as you see in the picture, or slice them all and divide the ingredients between four 24 oz water bottles and fill them up with filtered water. Drink daily. Not only does this taste delicious and help flush fat, but it also counts toward your daily water intake!
