Ming Sing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 g ground beef
2 1/2 - 3 cups water
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 (37 g) packet dry mushroom soup mix
1 peeled chopped apple
1/4 - 1/2 cabbage, sliced fine
3 grated carrots
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons raw rice
Preparation

Brown mince.
Add all other ingredients.
Bring to boil then simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with rice.
