Butternut Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons margarine
    2 cups hot mashed butternut squash
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Add margarine to squash; stir until melted.
    Add sugar, milk, salt, and spices.
    Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended.
    Add eggs, beat well.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Turn into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 325* until souffle is set.
    Serve immediately.
