Brownie Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons cocoa (dry baking cocoa powder)
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons salad oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa (dry baking cocoa powder)
    1 3/4 cups hot water
Preparation
    Sift together first five (5) ingredients; add milk, oil, and vanilla; mix till smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased 8 X 8 X 2-inch baking pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over batter.
    Bake at 350 deg.
    F about 40 minutes.
