Crock Pot Bbq - Easy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -3 lbs london broil beef (whatever cut of meat is on sale is ideal) or 2 -3 lbs chuck roast (whatever cut of meat is on sale is ideal)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, diced
    1 (16 -18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Just quarter the beef and pop it in the pot along with the green pepper, onion, and bbq sauce. Cook on low for at least 8 hours, then shred the beef and pile it on buns.
