Low Carb Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    4 whole eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 tablespoons wheat germ (optional)
Preparation
    Process all ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Heat waffle iron and spray with non-stick spray.
    Pour desired amount on waffle iron.
    Leave on longer for extra crispy waffle.
