Baked Apple Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium free-range eggs
    2 tablespoons fructose
    2/3 cup natural sugar-free yogurt
    1 teaspoon arrowroot
    1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
    1 apple, cored and sliced thinly
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F
    Whisk all ingredients except for the apple together until smooth. Divide apple slices into the bases of 2 heat-proof ramekins. Pour custard mix over the top. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until custard is set and golden on top.
