Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F
    Grease muffin tin, Do not use muffin papers!
    Combine wet ingredients.
    In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
    Blend the two,put in muffin cups.
    Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
