Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg potato, boiled & mashed
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon butter
    1 (440 g) can salmon
    1 egg
    1 cup dried breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup light olive oil
Preparation
    Lightly sautee onions in melted butter.
    Mix potato, onion, and salmon together.
    Form into patties, roll each pattie in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
    Pan fry in olive oul, until golden brown on each side.
