Sicilian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup frozen chopped onions
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes seasoned with basil garlic & oregano
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
5 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (12 ounce) package fettuccine pasta
Preparation

First make the sauce: In a saucepan brown garlic and onions in oil.
Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and parmesean cheese.
Cook until bubbly.
Place chicken breast in a 13 X 9 inch pan.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Top with mozzerella cheese.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Boil fettucine noodles according to directions.
Serve chicken over noodles.
