Malt Vinegar-Tarragon Aioli (Bobby Flay) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tablespoons malt vinegar
    2 garlic cloves, crushed (or minced)
    2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, finely chopped
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Whisk all ingredients together.
    Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
    May be made up to 8 hours in advance.
