Incredibly Delicious Cheesy Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup crackers or 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheese, your choice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons steak sauce
Sauce
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and onion. In a small separate bowl, mix eggs, ketchup and steak sauce. Add to meat mixture. Form into a loaf and place in the middle of a 9x13 pan. Combine sauce ingredients and cover loaf. Bake in a 350 oven for one hour.
