Ingredients

1 lb baby carrots
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (8 3/4 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation

Put carrots in sauce pan.
Cover and cook until tender in a small amount of water and salt.
Drain.
Add pineapple tidbits, orange rind, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter.
Place over medium heat.
Toss lightly until glazed, about 5 minutes.
