Orange Julius Copycat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups orange juice
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    2 large pasteurized egg yolks
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1 cup ice cube
Preparation
    Press oranges through a juicer so there's about 2 cups of fresh squeezed orange juice.
    In a container of a blender, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth, adding ice cubes one at a time, about 30-45 seconds. Makes 2 servings.
