Herbes De Provence Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1 teaspoon dried herbes de provence, crushed
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill, covered for 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
