Bisquick Topped Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    426 g salmon (2 small cans)
    1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup sweet pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup celery, chopped
    6 soda crackers, crushed
    2 tablespoons seafood cocktail sauce
    1 tablespoon skim milk
    salt and pepper
    1/3 cup olive, sliced
    Topping
    1/2 cup Bisquick
    1/4 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 grated carrot
Preparation
    mix together and put in greased 2 litre pan.
    put grated carrot over top.
    pour bisquick on top of all.
    -- 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
