Raw Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups thick oats (old fashioned)
    2 cups apple juice or 2 cups cider
    1 cup almonds
    1 cup goji berry
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon organic vanilla yogurt (optional, this makes it not raw)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
    This can be saved in the fridge for at least 4-5 days.
