Goat Cheese Spread (From Thornton Winery) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces cream cheese
    3 ounces goat cheese
    1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    1 teaspoon fresh garlic, chopped
    1 teaspoon shallot, chopped
Preparation
    Blend together the cream cheese and goat cheese.
    Mix in the herbs, garlic, and shallots.
    Salt to taste.
    Serve with fresh crusty bread.
