Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
    2 (15 7/8 ounce) cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope low-sodium taco seasoning
    1 (4 ounce) can canned diced green chiles
    10 3/4 ounces low-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup sour cream (optional)
    1 cup green onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Top with remaining ingredients except sour cream and onions.
    Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
    Before serving, stir gently to break up chicken pieces. Serve topped with sour cream and onions.
