Cheesy Crock Pot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 - 2 cups sour cream, to taste
    3/4 cup diced onion
    16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    6 -8 medium potatoes, unpeeled, sliced thinly
Preparation
    Mix soup, pepper, onions and sour cream in a bowl.
    Put a thin layer of soup mix on bottom of crackpot.
    Layer potatoes, soup mix, and cheese.
    Repeat, ending with a layer of soup mix and cheese on top.
    Cook on High 4 hours or Low 8 hours.
