Corn And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears corn, kernels sliced from cobs
    2 tablespoons sugar
    4 tomatoes, sliced into 1/4 in. thick rounds
    1 teaspoon coarse salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
    Add corn and sugar.
    Simmer 1 minute.
    Drain in a colander, and pat dry with paper towels.
    Arrange tomatoes and corn on a serving platter.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
