Aegean Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups fresh green beans
    6 ounces feta cheese
    2 plum tomatoes
    6 green onions
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    1. Slice beans into bite-size pieces.
    2. Microwave 6 minutes (or until cooked).
    3. Chop tomatoes.
    4. Dice onions.
    4. Crumble cheese and mix with oil and lemon juice.
    5. Toss all ingredients together.
    6. Salt and pepper to taste.
