Salmon In A Spicy Lemon Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1/4 cup lemon juice, about 2 lemons
    1 tablespoon fresh thyme, or 1 tsp dried thyme
    1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
    1 1/4 lbs salmon fillets
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    lemon wedge (to garnish)
Preparation
    In a large sealable bag combine the olive oil, white wine, lemon juice, thyme and red pepper. Put in salmon and seal bag. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or up to 4 hours.
    Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
    Remove salmon from bag and place on grill. Close lid and set timer for 7 minutes.
    Serve salmon with lemon wedges.
