Slow Cooked Three Beans And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup water
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    2/3 cup celery
    1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients.
    Sprinkle with oregano and thyme if desired.
    Cover and simmer on low for 4 to 4-1/2 hours or until heated through.
    Discard bay leaf.
    Serve with rice.
