Lemon Fruit Sauce - cooking recipe

1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
